The SMSA arranges in-person and virtual events including their AGM, gatherings, regional Shed Network Meetings, guest speakers and the ‘Scottish Men’s Shed of the Year Awards’ to get members together. Once dates and information are confirmed, all event details will be posted here.

- SMSA Scottish Men’s Shed – Open Doors Day – Annual event for participating Scottish Men’s Sheds on the 19th November each year

The Scottish Men’s Sheds Association (SMSA) facilitate and/or attend Regional Shed Network Meetings across Scotland to connect, support, share and learn
- Aberdeenshire – Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at Aboyne Men’s Shed from 10am
- Aberdeen City Men’s Shed Network (trial first meeting) – Tuesday 10th March 2026 at Bridge of Don & District Men’s Shed from 10am
- Highlands—Wednesday 11th March at Caol Community Centre, Fort William from 11.30am
- Perth & Kinross—Friday 13th March at Meigle and Ardler Community Shed from 10am
- Dumfries & Galloway – Wednesday 18th March 2026 at Dumfries Men’s Shed
- Fife—Thursday 26th March 2026 at Dunfermline Men’s Shed from 11am
- Aberdeenshire – Tuesday 26th May 2026 at Fraserburgh Community Men’s Shed from 10am
- Fort William – TBC
Regional meetings take place for: Aberdeen City/Aberdeenshire; Angus and Dundee; Ayrshire; Fife; Forth Valley; Highlands and Islands; Greater Glasgow and Clyde; Lothians; Perth and Kinross; and Scottish Borders
